Refund policy

PepDialed Pro subscriptions are billed through Creem, our Merchant of Record, who handles payment, invoicing and applicable taxes.

Cancellations

You can cancel any time from your account; your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period and does not renew after that. Weekly, monthly and annual plans all cancel the same way.

Refunds

If PepDialed isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of a charge at support@pepdialed.comand we'll review a refund of the most recent payment. Refunds are issued by Creem to your original payment method.
