Enter your vial size, the bacteriostatic water you added, and the dose your provider gave you. Get the exact insulin-syringe units to draw on any scale, the volume, concentration, and doses per vial. Switch to Solve water to work backwards from the units you want to draw.

Syringe concentration
Standard insulin syringes are U-100 (1 unit = 0.01 mL); U-40 is a less-common concentration — check your syringe.

This tool converts a dose you have already been given into syringe units — it does not set your dose, confirm a peptide is appropriate for you, or replace a clinician. Get your target dose and protocol from a licensed provider. Presets are example inputs, not recommendations — enter your own values.
How the math works
- → Concentration = vial mg ÷ BAC water mL (10 mg ÷ 2 mL = 5 mg/mL).
- → Volume/dose = dose mcg ÷ concentration mcg/mL (250 ÷ 5000 = 0.05 mL).
- → Units = volume × syringe scale (0.05 mL × 100 = 5 units, U-100).
- → Doses/vial = total mcg ÷ dose mcg (10 000 ÷ 250 = 40).
